100% Parent Satisfaction

As part of an ongoing commitment to continuous evaluation, improvement and growth, Shrewsbury International School Hong Kong began the undertaking of a second full community survey since foundation in December 2023. With the collation of data from students ongoing, feedback from parents has taken centre stage.

‘We are enormously proud of the results of the parent survey. The overall levels of satisfaction expressed are exceptionally high and the strengths identified talk to points of real difference.’ Ben Keeling, Principal

All amalgamated scores fell within the positive range and 85% within the highest possible satisfaction band. Parents expressed particular satisfaction with the quality of leadership, management and communication, adherence to our Guiding Statements, the level of challenge and support afforded within lessons and the responsiveness of staff. Overall satisfaction was up by approximately 30% on results collected in 2020.
