The Shrewsbury Family - New Governors to HK
Shrewsbury Governors returned to Hong Kong for their termly visit in October.
Centring upon the induction and introduction of two new members, Sarah Canning Jones and Grainne Walters, their time on campus provided an opportunity for them to engage with various members of the community, to include students, staff, parents and organisational supporters.
Chair of the Board of Governors at the two Shrewsbury Schools in Bangkok, Sarah brings a deep knowledge and understanding of international education and a keen interest in interconnection.

Grainne Walters joined the Shrewsbury School UK Governing Body in 2018 and is a member of the International Development Committee.
‘I particularly enjoyed my time with students. Bright, capable and charming, they are deeply passionate about their education and speak effusively about their experiences at school.’

Part of our founding Governing Body, Carla Howarth was also keen to remark upon the quality of the interactions she has shared over the course of two days in the region.
