Submitting an Application

Applications for any of our current vacancies should be submitted by completing the appropriate online application form. Applicants will be shortlisted solely on the basis of the information provided on the online application form. CVs and covering letters will not be considered in the shortlisting process. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

We welcome enquiries from suitably qualified potential candidates throughout the year. If there is an upcoming vacancy for which the potential candidate may be suited (perhaps prior to the vacancy being formally listed on our current vacancies page), the potential candidate may be contacted and invited to complete the appropriate online application form.

Shortlisted Candidates

Candidates who have been shortlisted for Teaching and Learning support positions will be invited for an interview. The majority of interviews for academic positions are conducted at Shrewsbury School in Shropshire. Regular face-to-face interview rounds are conducted both in the UK and Hong Kong. Depending on timing and availability, interviews may be conducted remotely in some instances.
